I had not seen Dr. Jeffers for treatment in over five years Since moving away from his area. On a Thursday night, I hurt my back pretty badly, and was unable to find any local East County chiropractors on Friday that were open, or had availability. The ones that were Wanted to charge me an exorbitant fee for a new patient exam. So I literally called Dr. J’s office at 7:30 AM on Saturday morning And much to my surprise, he answered personally. Despite not having been a patient of his since 2019, he made it clear that he would fit me in That morning, give me a thorough new patient exam, and do any Adjustments if needed. Despite a steady stream of clients, he did exactly that. He diagnosed the issue, spent plenty of time with me, and did a couple of major adjustments to get my back into alignment. Several hours later, a lot of the soreness has dissipated. this once again proves that Dr. Jeffers is at the top of his field, And offers unmatchable customer service. Even at the last minute. I am going to make the half hour drive to see him once again next week so he can check on how my back has responded to his adjustments. He is knowledgeable, Skilled, And dedicated to making patients, new, or returning, healthy, and pain-free.
